We are chefs born into the centuries-old grilling tradition of churrasco, respecting our ingredients by cooking them slow and exposing their natural flavors.

A spread inspired by the grand kitchen tables on the farms of Southern Brazil where family and friends gather to share the finest and freshest from their harvests. We bring you seasonal salads, irresistibly fresh vegetables, imported meats and cheeses, artisan breads and more.

Located in the premier shopping and dining Morumbi Shopping mall, this is the first location in Brazil to feature a peninsula churrasco grill in the center of the dining room, offering guests a 360-degree view of our gaucho chefs butchering, hand carving and preparing various cuts of meat.

Upon entering the expansive dining room, guests will see a modern, timeless design along with a white Carrera marble Market Table, dry-aged meat lockers for in-house aging, and a reimagined Bar Fogo offering guests a place to linger and enjoy smaller shareable plates in Bar Fogo.
