Thon Hotel Oslofjord

Our venue has capacity for up to 450 conference attendees daily and offers state-of-the-art technical equipment to guarantee the high standard of your event hosting.

Fjordsalen & Færdersalen

The hotel’s largest event rooms are located on the lower ground floor in close proximity to the night club, cloakrooms, foyers and the hotel’s own entrance. Terrace and window receiving full daylight in the Fjordsalen hall. The halls can be divided into two with partition walls and have two stages with the full complement of technical equipment and lighting rigs. The halls also feature RGB lighting to allow you to illuminate the interior in the colour of your choice. A state-of-the-art sound system with microphones and image displays on up to 5 screens simultaneously. The halls were comprehensively refurbished in 2015.

Fjordsalen

The hotel’s largest and most advanced conference hall with professional audio, lighting and visual equipment. The hall has an induction loop, projector, sound system with microphones, daylight, blackout blinds, and outdoor terrace and colour lighting in the ceiling. This hall can be combined with the Færdersalen hall for extended capacity.

Færdersalen

An impressive venue with a wave-shaped stage, comprehensively refurbished in 2015. The venue has three projectors and a sound system with microphones. Large stage with lighting rig and coloured spotlights in the ceiling. This venue has a private bar and can be combined with the Fjordsalen hall for extended capacity.

ABC suite

A light and airy state-of-the-art venue at the centre of the hotel. The hall has partition walls and can be split into separate spaces (A, B, C, A+B or B+C) These exclusive halls are as well suited for parties as they are for conferences. The suite of rooms was comprehensively refurbished in 2014. Three projectors, a sound system with microphones and an induction loop.

Jomfruland

A brightly daylit, modern venue with parquet flooring, a projector and mini-jack for multi-device connection to loudspeakers. The Torbjørnskjær conference room, seminar room and hotel lounge are close by.

Bastøy

A brightly daylit, modern venue with a projector and mini-jack for multi-device connection to loudspeakers. Terrace outside the meeting room. This venue is located close to the hotel lobby, but screened off from the other meeting rooms

Torbjørnskjær

A brightly daylit, modern venue with parquet flooring, a projector and mini-jack for multi-device connection to loudspeakers. The Jomfruland room, seminar room and hotel lounge are close by.

Saltholmen

A new venue with natural light located by the reception in the middle of the hotel. This hall can be split into two rooms. State-of-the-art technical equipment including two projectors, sound system, microphones and induction loop.

Ryvingen

A bright and exclusive venue with large chandeliers in the hotel atrium. This room is also suitable for parties.

Guldholmen

Located in the Info-Rama section of the hotel, right next to the break-time area and the Steilene room. A light and airy meeting room with a large window at one end. Projector and mini-jack for multi-device connection to loudspeakers.

Filtvet

A meeting room with natural light, blackout blinds and lighting dimmer on the 1st floor of the hotel. Audiovisuals via Smartboard or wall-mounted TV.

Struten

A meeting room with natural light, blackout blinds and lighting dimmer on the 1st floor of the hotel. Audiovisuals via wall-mounted TV.

Svenner

A meeting room with natural light, blackout blinds and lighting dimmer on the 1st floor of the hotel. Audiovisuals via wall-mounted TV.
