Sandvika

Reserve the newest meeting room at the hotel, which features 100 square meters of space designed to have a clean, light atmosphere suitable for up to 90 delegates. The Sandvika Meeting Room can also be arranged to fit smaller groups and includes a private kitchen area and direct foyer access.

The Sandvika meeting room is 94 m² and has a capacity of up to 70 people in the classroom set-up, 90 people in the cinema setup and 50 people for dinner. The room is spacious, modern, bright and has a cozy atmosphere.

Lysager & Snarøen

The meeting room Lysager & Snarøen has a capacity of up to 200 people in cinema and up to 150 people for a dinner or banquet style. The room is very modern, bright and has the latest AV equipment.

Oxenøen

This room is suitable for small or medium sized meetings and can accommodate up to 24 people in the classroom set-up. The room is modern and bright and has the latest of that AV technical equipment.

Oslofjord lounge

This bright and spacious meeting room is located on the 7th floor. The one side of the room has windows and beautiful sea views along the entire room. The room is 80 m² and can accommodate up to 40 people in classroom style.

Boardrooms

The meeting rooms Polhøgda, Bærum and Bygdø have boardroom layouts. Here groups from 10-14 people can conduct their meetings in pleasant surroundings. These boardrooms are equipped with amenities such as Nespresso machine, modern LED display and free wireless internet for all meeting delegates.

Groups

Haslum and Strand takes 8 people in boardroom set-up. Fornebu, Høvik, Bekkestua and Jar take 8-10 people. For larger groups these rooms can be merged and become 100m² with a capacity of up to 60 people in classroom layout. Stabekk takes 40 people in classroom set-up.

Restaurant, Kabinettet, Peisestuen, Holtekilen

The restaurant area is perfect for both large and small groups. The cabinet accommodates up to 60 people, the fireplace room seats up to 40 people and the Holtekilen takes 30 people where one also has the own access to the terrace. Along with the restaurant it can accommodate 260 people. It is also possible to rent the Holtestuen.
