We are chefs born into the centuries-old grilling tradition of churrasco, respecting our ingredients by cooking them slow and exposing their natural flavors.

A spread inspired by the grand kitchen tables on the farms of Southern Brazil where family and friends gather to share the finest and freshest from their harvests. We bring you seasonal salads, irresistibly fresh vegetables, imported meats and cheeses, artisan breads and more.

The very first Fogo in São Paulo opened in 1986 and is located near the largest airport in Brazil and the São Paulo Expo.

Recently renovated with banquet-seating and soaring wine displays, Fogo elevates the centuries-old cooking technique of churrasco – the art of roasting high-quality cuts of meat over an open flame – into a cultural dining experience of discovery.
