Scandic Fornebu is one of the largest meeting and conference hotels in Eastern Norway with conference facilities of over 1100 sqm and a capacity of up to 1350 people.

Scandic Fornebu is one of eastern Norway’s largest conference hotels, and enjoys a unique location. Scandic Fornebu has 13 meeting and conference rooms (can be split up into 15 rooms), which are adaptable to suit different needs. With over 1100 sqm of conference facilities, our hotel is the natural choice for small and large meetings, conferences, banquets, exhibitions and events.

Our largest conference hall can accommodate 782 people in a theatre-style configuration or 420 people for a banquet. Maximum capacity is 1850 people. All our meeting rooms are equipped with the latest high-quality technology. Everything, including WiFi, wireless audio induction loops, projectors and other audio-visual equipment is readily available, and all our equipment is easy to use. All our meeting rooms have large windows and good, environmentally friendly ventilation. Having a meeting at Scandic should be easy. Our hotel is located 45 minutes by car from Oslo Gardermoen Airport.
